Refund Policy
At Vapor Blade, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Please review our refund policy carefully.
1. General Conditions
All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us at vaporblade@hotmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back.
We accept returns on a case-by-case basis.
The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on e-liquids, coils, pods, or any other consumable items once they have been opened.
2. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date.
To report a defective item, you must provide us with a detailed description of the issue, along with a video or clear photos demonstrating the defect.
Upon verification of the defect, we will, at our discretion, either replace the item or issue a store credit for the value of the product.
Please note that we are not responsible for manufacturer defects. If an item is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will work with you to facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer, if applicable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
E-liquids, coils, pods, and any opened consumable items.
Products that have been used, unless deemed defective by our staff.
Clearance or final sale items.
Gift cards.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at vaporblade@hotmail.com with your order number and a clear explanation of why you wish to return the item.
Wait for our response and the RMA number.
Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the item to:

You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be applied to your account. We do not issue cash refunds.
6. Canceled Orders
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this period, the order may have already been processed for shipping and cannot be canceled. Please contact us immediately at vaporblade@hotmail.com if you wish to cancel an order.
